After evaluating your jewellery, watches, or sunglasses, we’ll provide you with an estimate or quote for the repair cost (for the items that require extra payments) and the expected timeframe. We want to make sure you have all the details upfront.


If you decide to move forward with the repairs, we’ll take your items and give you a receipt or confirmation to let you know they’re in safe hands.


Our skilled craftsmen will then work their magic to fix your jewellery, watches, or sunglasses. They’ll handle them with the utmost care and precision, ensuring a job well done.


Once the repairs are complete, we’ll notify you through your preferred contact method, whether it’s a call, email, or text. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!


You can then swing by our store to pick up your repaired jewellery, watches, or sunglasses. If you prefer, we can also arrange delivery to get them back to you.


And finally, when you have your items back in your hands, we’ll provide you with any aftercare instructions to keep them looking as good as new.
